I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based treatment designed to alleviate distress, particularly associated with painful experiences. I am also certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), which can be supportive for youth ages 8-18 who have experienced trauma.
